Francis is currently responsible for strategic marketing for Pan-Asia regions within ZTE Corporation. His expertise and focus areas are in overall business and network development strategy.
He has almost 20 years extensive experiences in Telecom/ICT industry, with hands-on working experiences in areas of Sales/Business Development/Product Marketing/Solution Consulting.
He is familiar with markets in Asia Pacific/South East Asia as well as Latin America. He is technically strong in Wireless and Value-Added Service solutions.
Prior to joining ZTE, Francis worked for Ministry of Posts & Telecom of China in Beijing, for Nokia Networks in both China and Asia Pacific region, and for some smaller European companies in Asia Pacific region, all in Telecom/ICT industry.
Francis received his Ph.D (E.E.) from National Univ. of Singapore, and Master (E.E.) from Beijing Univ. of Posts & Telecom. In addition to that, he also received his MBA from National Univ. of Singapore.
